Start by reading PdfPTable and PdfPCell to understand how table cells are created and where their padding is stored. Then check the existing tests for table and cell properties. Done means PdfPTable can provide a default padding value for its cells, while individual cell padding remains available as described in the request.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Instead of setting each individual PdfPCell's padding, it would be great to be able to set all cells default padding value directly on table. I'm switcing from iText to OpenPDF and this is something I have to manually add to each individual cell.

Add default cell padding value to PdfPTable
Describe alternatives you've considered
This is of course possible by simply setting the padding on each cell, or creating a method that adds it automatically when the cell is created.
