  1. Freeze or disable the OEM default package installer (e.g., com.miui.packageinstaller) and use a third-party package installer (e.g., InstallerX).
  2. Open Vector Manager and navigate to the module Repository / Store.
  3. Select any module (e.g., Telegram Auxiliary) and tap install.

Expected behaviour/预期行为

The installation prompt should start successfully. Alternatively, if the system PackageInstaller session confirmation fails or is unavailable, it should gracefully fall back to an external installer via standard Intent (ACTION_VIEW using FileProvider).

Actual behaviour/实际行为

Installation fails immediately after downloading. Vector triggers android.content.pm.action.CONFIRM_INSTALL explicitly targeting com.miui.packageinstaller. Because the package is disabled, the system cannot resolve the Activity and throws an ActivityNotFoundException.
