The payload names no files or functions. Start by reproducing the ORCID lookup with and without a GitHub organization in the profile, then find where ORCID affiliations are matched against the GitHub organization names. Done means the lookup succeeds with organizations present, or the maintainers have settled on the matching rule to use. The issue asks whether matching should be relaxed, so expect a design decision before code changes.

Descripción

I recently tried adding my "Company" in my GitHub profile (linked Imageomics, ABC, and FAIR4AI-Bio orgs), and after I added that, OpenCite couldn't find my ORCID, though it can when I remove them. Is this a matching issue due to Org inclusion? If so, we should lighten that because they do also render with the @ for the GitHub Org names which may not match ORCID affiliation names.
