Read the participant invite flow in the admin client and the backend endpoints it uses; the payload does not name specific files or tests. Determine how invites are listed and individually revoked or resent, then trace how those operations can support all or selected participants. Done means admins can revoke and resend pending invites in both bulk and selected modes.

Descripción
Currently, the admin client allows admins to invite participants to studies and track sent invites. We can enhance this by adding bulk actions for managing these invites.
- Revoke All: Cancel pending invites for all participants at once.
- Revoke Selected: Cancel invites for specific participants using multi-select checkboxes.
- Resend All: Resend invites to all participants at once.
- Resend Selected: Resend invites to specific participants using multi-select checkboxes.
This bulk-action pattern could also be implemented in other relevant areas of the application where appropriate. Implementing this will require both frontend and backend changes. (This may apply to admin invites too, track in #911)
