The issue names no files or entry points, and it offers two options (a dedicated emergency-contacts tab, or editable existing ones) without choosing one. Before writing code, get a maintainer decision on which option is wanted and what an emergency contact should be (a flag on a contact, or a separate list). Done means that agreed behaviour is implemented and covered by a test in the Kotlin Android code.

Just a little feature request.. what's about to add a tab for an emergency contact or make the existing ones editable?
