The payload names no file, so start from the steps: set a birthday on a contact, open the date picker, and tap the year. Find where the year list for that picker is built and check the range it covers, which is about 7 years around the selected year. Reproduce on an emulator or device, then make the range wider so earlier and later years can be scrolled to. Done when the year list reaches years well before and after the current selection.

Steps to reproduce the bug
  1. Add birthday for a contact
  2. Default date is today
  3. Click on the year to select a year in the past
  4. Can't scroll back more than 2 years
Expected behavior

I should be able to scroll fast forward of backward. The same modal dialog for date input works in other apps (i.e. Right Contacts / com.goodwy.contacts version 8.2.1 / same feature with same steps to reproduce)

Actual behavior

The modal looks ok and I can select a day in the current month, but when I click on the year, I can't scroll back more than 2 years, and forward more than 4 from the currently selected year. The scroll bar is indeed dimensioned as if the list of years was 7-long (current minus 2 plus 4)
