Línea de trabajo
The issue names no files or entry points, so start by locating how the Kotlin Android app currently runs the timer and stopwatch in the background. Before any code, the approach needs a decision: how a Vivo-style island is drawn and when it shows, for example a notification or an overlay. Done means a maintainer-agreed design, since the issue has no comments and no assignee yet.

Feature description
Like Vivos new Apps a dynamic isle around the centered camera where at the left a symbol like stopwatch or timer is shown and at the right side the value.
Only shown when the App is in the background.
Why do you want this feature?
It's great always to have these values always in the view because mostly they are at the moment very important but maybe not so important that you want to sacrifice the whole screen.
This feature has a high impact on the users real life.
