Línea de trabajo
The payload names no source files. Start by finding where the Android clock widget formats its date and time, and whether the app already has a date-format setting. Done means a user can choose a pattern with tokens such as %d, %m, %Y, %H, %M and %S, and the widget shows it. The issue has gone 191 days without a reply and has no decision on token syntax or settings UI, so confirm the approach with a maintainer before writing code.

Feature description
I prefer to have my dates in a "FullDayOfWeek, FullMonth DD, YYYY, 24hr-time" format. Example "Thursday, January 01, 2026, 13:35:23". Can we have the ability to do a custom widget display using standard date variables (%d, %m, %Y, %H, %M, %S, etc)?
Why do you want this feature?
To be able to display the time in my preferred order and format
