The request is for a user setting that shows full month names instead of abbreviations, in both the app and the widget. The payload names no files, so start by finding where the app and widget format the month name, and check whether a settings option for date formatting already exists. Done means a toggle that switches between abbreviated and full month names in both places, with the default unchanged.

Option to not have month name abbreviated
Why do you want this feature?
Abbreviating the name of the month does not really save space in app or widget. Full name looks better to me (admittedly, subjective, but it bugs me to no end ^_^).
