The payload names no source files, tests or entry points; it only links two screenshots of the tap-to-focus indicator in the Android camera app. Before writing anything, the first step is to compare those images with the current focus UI and to find out what the second design should change. The issue has had no comment for a year and the scope is undefined, so "done" needs a maintainer decision on the design first.
