Describe your issue

The Installation options TabControl in Package Details has inconsistent keyboard focus navigation.
Tab and Shift+Tab do not always traverse the same controls in opposite directions.
When entering the General tab using Tab, focus may skip several controls and jump directly to a later checkbox. However, Shift+Tab can reach those skipped controls when navigating backward.
Additionally, reverse navigation becomes stuck on an unnamed tab-header button announced by screen readers as Avalonia.Controls.Shapes.Path.
The reverse navigation issue is reproducible with both NVDA and Windows Narrator.

Steps to reproduce the issue
  1. Open UniGetUI 2026.3.2.
  2. Search for a package.
  3. Open Package Details and expand Installation options.
  4. Disable "Follow global options" to enable individual installation settings.
  5. Select the General tab.
  6. Navigate through the controls using Tab and Shift+Tab.
  7. Navigate out of the tab content, then return to the "Follow global options" toggle.
  8. Press Tab to enter the General tab again.
  9. Observe that focus may jump directly to "Skip minor updates" instead of entering at the first checkbox.
  10. Press Shift+Tab repeatedly to navigate backward.
  11. Observe that the previously skipped controls can be reached in reverse order.
  12. Continue pressing Shift+Tab until focus reaches the unnamed tab-header button.
  13. Press Shift+Tab several more times.
