Problem
The agent can only read pages with browse_web. It can't search a site, fill in a form or click Download.
Idea
- List the page's buttons, links and fields with numbers.
- Let the agent click, type, select, check, press a key or scroll by number.
- Never type into password, payment or one-time-code fields. Sign-in stays with the person (Take control).
- Ask the person before clicking buy, pay, send, submit, delete, book or sign-up buttons.
- Save downloaded PDFs to Files.
