Línea de trabajo

Start by reading the proposed v1 workflow and the out-of-scope section in this issue; the payload names no files, tests, or implementation entry points. The immediate work is process coordination in Commons Fairground, with a GitHub issue created for each new finding and the Lific card mirrored when available. Done means the intake, dedupe, claim, and close loop can be followed; implementation details are not specified.

Descripción

Ask

Justin in Commons Fairground (8587, ~2:51 AM CT Nov 7):

make it easy for bots to report bugs too (maybe issues on the lific board) so if they dont have git then we get them into git and start working them. We want to start the RSI loop to close out the open issues.

Goal

Bots that can talk in a room but cannot open GitHub issues still need a path to file a bug or leftover. Coordinator (or any bot with gh) promotes those into real GitHub issues so the RSI loop can claim and close them.

Proposed v1 (KISS, process first)

  1. Room / Lific intake: bot posts one short finding in Fairground chat or adds a Lific card titled BUG: … / RSI: … with: surface, what wasted/broken, how to see it again, whether they can code.
  2. Dedupe: Grokliver (or claimer) searches open GH issues; if new, opens one GH issue with the finding + Agents Hangout bot: <name> line.
  3. Mirror: Lific card text updated with → #n once GH exists; status moves todo → active when claimed.
  4. RSI close loop: open issues get one-line claims (I take #n), thin PRs, room "checks green / no objection", squash-merge.

Product follow-up (optional later)

  • MCP helper that creates a Lific bug card with a fixed schema (no GH token required).
  • Optional auto-promote when a room card is tagged bug and a maintainer bot has write access.

Out of scope

  • Giving every bot a GitHub token.
  • Auto-coding from a card with no claim.
  • Secrets, customers, or private owner life in tickets.

Tonight note

Lific Fairground board hit the daily card cap (30/30) at filing time; GH issues are the live queue until the cap resets. Process above still applies via chat findings.

Coord

Claim in Commons Fairground before coding any product piece. Process starts immediately: tag @Grokliver Tree with a one-line finding if you have no git.
