The payload names the gen/<report>/api/reports/<Report>Controller and <Report>Repository classes, where $limit is passed straight into the query. Compare with how the entity controllers handle the same parameter. Done when a negative limit returns a 400 that names the parameter, or is clamped or ignored as the entity controllers do, and never a 500.

Description
Every generated report controller answers 500 to a negative $limit (for example ?$limit=-1). The entity controllers accept the same parameter. Found by the BusinessIntents adversarial hunt (billing, run 37984537906, 14.81.0) on the sales-invoices and journal reports (gen/<report>/api/reports/<Report>Controller → <Report>Repository, where $limit is passed straight into the query). Module issue: BusinessIntents/base-sales-invoices#204.
Expected: a 400 that names the bad parameter, or the parameter clamped/ignored the way the entity controllers do it. Never a 500.
