Research direction

Three small edits: add 3.15 to the matrix under jobs/setup/strategy/matrix/python in .github/workflows/build.yml, add the Programming Language :: Python :: 3.15 classifier in the classifiers=[...] list of setup.py, and set LATEST_KNOWN_PYTHON to 3.15 in the env section at the top of .github/workflows/weekly.yml. Done when the three checklist items in the issue are ticked and the CI matrix lists 3.15.
