Research direction

Run the example linked in the draw_pegasus documentation and compare sequential overlay behavior with the attached images. Start at the dnx.draw_pegasus entry point, then locate its implementation and related tests; done means two sequential plots render together as the documented combined visualization.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

bug/fix

Description
Previously, it was possible to plot two graphs on top of each other (e.g., using dnx.draw_pegasus() sequentially) and achieve a combined visualisation. This no longer appears to work. Instead, only one of the plots might be visible, or they are not overlaid as expected, as demonstrated in the attached images.

To Reproduce
Run the code from the documentation here https://docs.dwavequantum.com/en/latest/ocean/api_ref_dnx/drawing.html#id1
