Research direction

Start in dwave/cloud/auth/flows.py around lines 309-329, then read the linked OIDC Provider Configuration specification and Leap's well-known configuration endpoint. Trace the existing auth URL resolvers and determine how the configuration or individual URLs should be cached; done means the resolvers use the well-known configuration generally and authentication continues to work.

Description

feature

With OIDC .well-known now available on Leap, we should simplify/generalize some auth URL resolvers:

https://github.com/dwavesystems/dwave-cloud-client/blob/d9c0dbfa4e104e6ca9b1fb0b46af2d7b46c85b9f/dwave/cloud/auth/flows.py#L309-L329

Note: consider caching the configuration and/or individual auth URLs.
