Research direction

Start by locating the existing dwave.cloud.events.handle implementation and its event-dispatching code. Check how handlers are registered and removed, then verify the context-manager behavior with the sample flow: the handler should run inside the with block and not run for the later sampler.sample call.

Description

feature

Something like:

sampler = DWaveSampler()

with dwave.cloud.events.handle('before_sample', lambda event_name, obj, args: print(args)):
    sampler.sample(...)

sampler.sample(...)

would print the sampling args only for the first call to sample above.
