Research direction

Start with the existing volume module in this repository to see how its other operations call the Docker API and shape their results, then read the linked Moby client volume_inspect.go for the request and response handling to mirror. The issue does not name the exact files, so confirm the method's location and signature in the module first. Done means a VolumeInspect method exists with a test that inspects a created volume and checks the returned name and driver.

Description

The volume module currently lacks a VolumeInspect method.

I'd like to add this functionality, following the existing implementation in the Moby client:

https://github.com/moby/moby/blob/client/v0.1.0/client/volume_inspect.go#L22

I'm happy to work on this and submit a PR.
