Research direction
Start by reading the existing .NET checklists and SKILL.md §2 to see how references are structured, detected, and loaded. Add blazor.md and signalr.md with checklists ending within their first 100 lines, then add one seeded bug fixture for each and score them like the existing fixtures. Done when both references load for the named patterns and both fixtures are scored.

Description
What
The .NET side covers C#, ASP.NET Core and EF Core, but not Blazor components or SignalR hubs.
Why
Blazor render modes, component lifecycle, JS interop and SignalR hub auth, groups and reconnection have their own bug classes that the current checklists do not name.
Acceptance criteria
- New
blazor.mdandsignalr.mdreferences with a checklist that ends within the first 100 lines. - SKILL.md §2 detects
*.razor,@code,Hub/HubConnectionand loads them. - At least one seeded-bug fixture per reference, scored like the others.
