Research direction

Start with /src/telemetry/containers/build_images.sh and inspect how missing SLURM_REPO_URL and SLURM_REPO_NAME affect the image build. Update the warning or failure behavior to match the actual requirement, then revise /src/telemetry/containers/README.md and verify the documented behavior.

Description

bug

Describe the bug

/src/telemetry/containers/build_images.sh reports:

"Warning: SLURM_REPO_URL and SLURM_REPO_NAME must be provided."

Either this should be FATAL - as the values must be provided or this is not a 'must' requirement.

/src/telemetry/containers/README.md needs to be updated as well.

It might be that this should be something like:

"Info: SLURM_REPO_URL and SLURM_REPO_NAME are not provided. Building without Slurm support"
