Provide documentation and an active MS-Excel Spreadsheet for preliminary performance assessment of space-data center constellations. This is in support of a completed ESA funded project study and the submission of a high impact paper, requiring the the spread-sheet to be publicly available - in line with meeting contractual obligations with ESA.
