In collapsed mode the sidebar footer squeezes Support + Theme side-by-side

<div className="flex items-center gap-0.5"> is always row, even when collapsed.
To Reproduce
- Go to
/settings/account(or any settings page) - Collapse sidebar
- Look at footer: Support + Theme on same row, cut off
Expected behavior
When collapsed, Support and Theme stack vertically (flex-col items-center), each size-9 centered like nav items and avatar. When expanded, keep current row layout.
