Research direction

The issue names no files, so start by finding where satellite selection is handled in the tracking views and how the views share selection state. Add an optional setting that, when enabled, makes a click in one view also select the same satellite in every other visible view, and leave the default independent behavior unchanged. Done means the option works across views and the default behaviour is unchanged. Settle the option's name and default with the maintainer before starting.

Description

For some users, it would be helpful for clicking on a satellite in any view to automatically highlight the same satellite in all other visible views. This should be an optional behavior, as many users will prefer independent satellite selection.
