Research direction

The payload names only the antenna control window and its Cycle and Tolerance settings, so start there. Reproduce the bug by changing Cycle, then watch the rotator poll interval, and restart to confirm the values reset to 1000 msec and 5.00 deg. Done when the chosen Cycle value sets the poll interval and both settings persist across restarts. The issue has no comments or linked work, so ask the maintainers for direction before starting.

Description

Hi,
Running version 2.3.37 on Windows
Whatever the value set to Cycle on the antenna control window, it polls the rotator once per second.
Plus, the values Cycle and Tolerance are reset to 1000 msec / 5.00 deg at startup, they are not stored
