Research direction

The payload names no files or tests, so the entry point is the radio control feature that talks to hamlib. Reproduce first: connect an IC-910 through hamlib on Windows 10 and check whether a mode change requested from GPredict reaches the rig. The issue is still open and only asks whether the fault is in hamlib or GPredict, so a newcomer would first need to confirm that split before any change. Done means the mode switch works, or the cause is documented as a hamlib problem.

Description

When using GPredict with hamlib, the IC-910 does not change modes (USB, LSB, FM) when using the radio control feature. Is this a hamlib issue or a GPredict issue? I am using hamlib-w64-4.3.1.exe with Gpredict on Win10.
