Research direction

Start at the Conditions section linked in the issue: https://docs.crossplane.io/latest/concepts/managed-resources/#conditions. Read the existing discussion of Reason values, then document SYNCED and READY as the primary condition Types and organize their related Reasons beneath them. Done means the page explains both Types and their associated Reasons.

What's Wrong?

The discussion of conditions is focused on the different Reason values without discussing the different condition Types that the Reasons are associated with. The Type values of SYNCED and READY need to be described as the primary Condition attributes, with the Reasons listed and described underneath the Types that they are related to.
