Research direction

Start with Continue's CLI implementation for “invokable skills and import any skill,” then compare it with the referenced publish-direction project and its behavior regression tests. Clarify whether the intended outcome is documentation linking the two tools or a planned export/converter path; done means the accepted scope and expected direction are documented.

Description

Continue's CLI implemented "invokable skills and import any skill" — the import direction. We built the publish direction: SKILL.md folders → Codex plugin bundles, with behavior regression tests (https://github.com/chenhz01/zhengming-openai-plugins, MIT). Same road, opposite lane — would you accept docs/tooling PRs linking the two, or is there an export story planned?
