Research direction

Start at the codegraph init entry point and trace how it discovers projects and makes their codegraphs available to agents. The issue does not name files or tests, so first map the existing initialization flow and check how separate project codegraphs are located. Done means running agents from the parent folder can use codegraphs for its child projects.

Description

First of all thanks for such an amazing project.

This comes from the need of working from a upper folder with my agents.

I got a folder Project God inside it has Project A and Project B which are FE and BE.

I usually work from Project God so agents have it easy looking between both projects when doing fullstack work.

But if I try to run codegraph init on Project God it doesn't index or finds the children projects, and if I do it on each of them and execute the agent from Project God it doesn't use their codegraphs because they live inside each of the projects.
