Research direction

The issue mentions a termination example but names no file, test, or entry point. Start by locating that example and reviewing how activity-triggered workflow outcomes are represented in the Ruby SDK; clarify the intended failed status with maintainers before defining implementation or tests.

Description

Hey! I am looking for a way to fail workflow from the activity.
I found termiation example, but this sets workflow status to terminated, not to failed.

Is there are any way to fail workflow from the activity?
