Research direction

Start with the README passage quoted in the issue and compare its claim with the Temporal documentation passage. Confirm which worker and task-queue registration behavior applies, then update the README so the guidance is accurate and verify that the conflicting statements are resolved.

Description

Hi!

The readme says:

By only registering a subset of your workflows/activities with a given worker you can split processing across as many workers as you need.

However, the temporal docs say this:

All Workers listening to a given Task Queue must have identical registrations of Activities and/or Workflows.

I'm wondering if the README here needs to be updated, or if I'm missing some internal behavior of this gem or Temporal itself?
