Research direction

No files or tests are named in the issue. Start by tracing the existing ctrl-g handling for Claude Code plan files and the code that connects to an existing Nvim session; confirm how a new terminal Nvim process is launched. Done means ctrl-g opens the referenced plan in the connected session without starting a separate Nvim instance.

Description

Feature Description

When in plan mode, claude asks to review the plan in Nvim like following.

ctrl-g to edit in Nvim · ~/.claude/plans/optimized-marinating-scott.md

I'd like this to open up in my connected nvim session.
Currently ctrl-g just fires up a new nvim session inside cc terminal.

Use Case

ability to edit plan in connected nvim session
