bad order (place) if is used hooks

Reproduce the report with the shown helper hooks using npx codeceptjs run --steps and the same command without --steps. Compare the console ordering for _beforeSuite, _beforeStep, _before, _passed, and _failed; done means passed-hook output appears before the success status while the other hook ordering remains correct.

I try create file with helper, thats contains:

I mean, console.logs used in hooks, must be visible before features and scenario in console. And _failed() working correctly, but _passed() is not...
