Research direction

Reproduce the filtering-rule loss with Spring Boot Admin 4.1.2 using a rule created in the UI for one application. Trace how the rule is stored and restored, then verify that it remains present after the reported period and when the application has not restarted.

Description

Hello.

With SBA 4.1.2 I've defined a filtering rule in the UI to basically always suppress notifications for a specific application.
After some days, such a rule is gone even if the application didn't restart or so.

Any idea?
