Research direction

The issue names no files or tests. Start by locating the task and comment textareas and the client-side rendering path; done means users can filter and select project tasks, task URLs are inserted into the input, and rendered URLs become linked task titles.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Problem

We should add the ability to reference tasks in Code Corps within the body of a task or comment.

The user would click an icon under the textarea and get a filterable input of possible tasks to reference in the project. Choosing a task would then add the URL to the task into the input. When rendered out in the client, the task URL would then be converted from the URL into the title of the task and made into a link resolving to that URL.
