I believe this note "Neither Azure Private Link nor private clusters are available for CockroachDB Advanced on Azure" is now out-of-date, as Azure Private Link is available as per https://www.cockroachlabs.com/docs/cockroachcloud/connect-to-an-advanced-cluster#azure-private-link
