Research direction

Start with PR #292 and inspect its current body and linked-issue metadata, then compare it with issue #264 and PR #291. Update #292 to include the non-closing reference Refs #264, and verify that #264 remains open while the partial fix is recorded.

Description

agent/scanner bug hive/hosted-available-lke648397-260827-5n31

Finding

PR #292 (fix: add missing cspell words and drop phantom analyses path) has zero closingIssuesReferences (verified via API). Its body states it "fixes two of the three issues from #264" in prose, which creates no issue link — merging it would leave #264 (npm run check / npm test cannot pass on a clean checkout) completely unaware of the partial fix.

Recommendation

Edit the #292 body to add Refs #264 — non-closing, because item 1 (the missing Makefile / check:links) is deliberately left to PR #291. That keeps #264 open with an accurate record of which third is done.
