Research direction

Start by locating CollectionPreferences and the handling of contentDisplayPreference, then read how column reordering is enabled. Check the component's existing tests for drag-and-drop behavior and how preference options are configured. Done means users can disable drag-and-drop reordering while the existing behavior remains available when it is not disabled.

Description

enhancement
Description

Currently when we use contentDisplayPreference within CollectionPreferences, column reordering using drag and drop gets auto enabled.
We need ability to disable the drag and drop ability so column re-ordering is not possible.
