Research direction

The payload does not name the config file, so start by finding where the dependency-builds pipeline declares existing rubygems entries such as bundler and copy the structure of an existing version line. Add a 4.0.20 entry using the ref, url and sha256 given in the issue body. The nginx pruning rule does not apply to bundler. Done means the new version line is present and matches the format of the others.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Please edit the dependency-builds pipeline to add the new version line to the relevant dependency/buildpack.

For nginx/nginx-static: Also remove older mainline/stable version.
E.g. If you are adding nginx 1.22, you will remove 1.20. If you are adding 1.23, you will remove 1.21
