Research direction

The payload names no file, so start by finding where the dependency-builds pipeline lists existing dependency version entries and how the groovy entry is structured there. Add a groovy 5.1.1 entry using the source name, ref, url and sha256 given in the issue. Done when that entry is present in the same format as the others; the nginx paragraph does not apply to groovy.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Please edit the dependency-builds pipeline to add the new version line to the relevant dependency/buildpack.

For nginx/nginx-static: Also remove older mainline/stable version.
E.g. If you are adding nginx 1.22, you will remove 1.20. If you are adding 1.23, you will remove 1.21
