Research direction

Start with ci/dockerfiles/deployment/Dockerfile at line 1 and compare its current golang base with the bosh/integration image named in the issue. Update the Dockerfile to use the requested base image, then verify that the deployment image still builds successfully.

Description

at the moment we use golang image
see https://github.com/cloudfoundry/bosh-bootloader/blob/main/ci/dockerfiles/deployment/Dockerfile#L1

i think we should rewrite the docker file so that we can base it of bosh/integration
