Research direction

Start by determining whether Cloudflare exposes a support-case API, as the request leaves that unresolved; compare it with the suggested dashboard-form URL fallback. Review the existing cf cli search, cf workers get, and schedules-read entry points for possible diagnostics. Done means a defined, working path for creating or following cases, or a documented prefilled-form alternative.

Description

upstream

Version: cf 1.0.0-beta.10

Problem: There is no way to open or follow a Cloudflare support case from cf. cf cli search "create support ticket" returns unrelated commands, and email to support only returns an auto-reply pointing to the dashboard. For a platform-side issue found by an agent (for example a cron trigger that never fires), the agent can collect the evidence, but a human must copy it into the dashboard form.

Request: if a support-case API exists or is planned, add cf support cases create|list|get|comment, taking the product area, subject and body (or a file). Even a cf support new that pre-fills the dashboard form URL would help. Diagnostic attachments (for example output from cf workers get or a schedules read) would be a bonus.
