Research direction

Start from the existing X509Ref::check_host method, which passes zero flags to X509_check_host, and see how X509CheckFlags is already defined in the crate. Add check_host_with_flags taking the flags parameter, then make check_host delegate with X509CheckFlags::empty(). Done when tests cover standard flags and UNDERSCORE_WILDCARDS, and the existing check_host behaviour is unchanged.

Description

X509Ref::check_host hardcodes X509_check_host flags to zero, preventing use of X509CheckFlags without unsafe FFI.

We should add:

pub fn check_host_with_flags(
    &self,
    host: &str,
    flags: X509CheckFlags,
) -> Result<bool, ErrorStack>

check_host can delegate with X509CheckFlags::empty() to preserve compatibility. Tests should cover standard flags and UNDERSCORE_WILDCARDS.
