Description

Currently the readme links to the pattern package at https://pypi.org/project/pattern/ which was released on December 2024 by "Sane Punk."

The real package (from my understanding) is pattern3 at https://pypi.org/project/pattern3/ developed by Tom De Smedt and released in March 2017.

Since this library appears to be abandoned, someone (the maintainer) should archive it and properly close the project.
