Research direction

GitHub and GitLab forges are pre-populated in the database on startup and by a migration. Find that seed or migration data and fill in the privacy-policy fields for github.com and gitlab.com so the records are complete examples. Done when a fresh start shows those fields populated.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Github and gitlab are (or will soon be) pre-populated in the database on startup (and likely by a migration).

We should make sure we fill out the privacy information as both an example and just in general (because these projcets - github.com and gitlab.com - cannot be used through websites other than the ones governed by their policies)
