Add chipset data for soc and sensor to dataset

Description
This is an amazing list, but would be even better if we alsof know what chipset a camera (needs hw version also) . this can help us gage performance etc of a camera. Same for the image sensor, which can help give us an idea of the image quality.
A cool side effect is that it can help us identify if a camera could run thingino or openipc firmware.
