在一些面板维护站点时难免会移除一些站点，但此时这个站点在certd任务中存在部署域名任务，任务执行时会抛出异常导致后续任务中断
也就是说移除站点的操作还需要维护一次certd，交互有点不太友好
可以考虑以下建议：
- 建议通过一些面板中检查站点是否存在的接口，动态执行部署。
- 遇到异常选择跳过，而不是中断。
- 考虑一键刷新勾选站点，自动将不存在的站点弹出来，并且提醒用户。
