Research direction

Start by reading the Nushell theme configuration and the linked nu-tui theme definition to see how its keys map to $env.config.tui. Add support for the listed theme entries, including surface and backdrop, and handle border_type using the table mode values. Done means the Catppuccin theme supports the TUI styling options described in the issue.

Description

The recent 0.116.0 release of Nushell has introduced the tui command group.
It uses styling separate from the rest of the shell, stored in $env.config.tui instead of $env.config.color_config.

Everything except for border_type is a record with optional keys fg, bg and attr
border_type takes the same values as $env.config.table.mode
More information about colors, attributes & border types can be found here https://www.nushell.sh/book/coloring_and_theming.html

$env.config.tui = {
    title_bar
    status_bar
    border
    selected
    header
    muted
    highlight
    tab_active
    tab_inactive
    progress
    button
    border_focused
    border_type
    surface
    backdrop
}

It'd be great if we could get official support for this.

note: surface & backdrop are not set in $env.config.tui by default, but are used.
