Research direction

Read docs/EVENTS.md around line 50 and docs/internal/EVENTS.md around line 88, then check the device.deleted emission at src/leasing/lease-acquisition-coordinator.ts around line 950. Update both initiator lists to include lease-engine; done when the docs reflect the cleanup destroy's initiator.

Description

bug:new

Found in the after-pass review of #449 (predates it).

docs/EVENTS.md:50 and docs/internal/EVENTS.md:88 list device.deleted initiators as lease-end, doctor, operator. The cleanup destroy at src/leasing/lease-acquisition-coordinator.ts:950 also emits lease-engine.
