Research direction

Start by locating the repository's Terraform version test matrix and CI entry point, then review how versions 0.13, 0.14, and 1.0 are currently exercised. Confirm which newer versions should be supported and whether versions below 1.0 will be dropped; done means the agreed version policy is reflected in testing and support documentation.

Description

As of right now we only test this module against 0.13, 0.14, and 1.0. We should start testing against new versions and discuss dropping support for versions below 1.0.
